Maserati has unveiled its first official images of the 2011 Maserati GranCabrio which is the convertible version of the Maserati GranTurismo coupe.
The GranCabrio is the first four-seat convertible from Maserati and it will make its worldwide debut at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show on September 15.
The style was designed by Italian design house Pininfarina and it enriches all the five senses in a shared open-air experience without sacrificing comfort and performance.
The Maserati GranCabrio is powered by a 4.7-liter V8 engine that produces 440 hp (323 kW), the same engine type as the GranTurismo. The roof is made of canvas and it is also a convertible with the longest wheelbase on the market.
